Let's take a closer look at exactly how this is called into question. There is a common belief that the most efficient way to rein in greenhouse gas emissions is to implement a two-tiered regime in which developed nations will shoulder a much greater burden.development financinghttp://www.omj.canoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5138475034562973576.post-4200209811934184582015-06-20T18:23:25.581+02:002015-06-20T18:23:25.581+02:00Energy efficiency training is becoming increasing ...Energy efficiency training is becoming increasing popular in many organizations, companies, and enterprises. As Martin Wolf wrote in The Financial Times, "The eurozone, as designed, has failed. It was based on a set of principles that have proved unworkable at the first contact with a financial and fiscal crisis. It has only two options: to go forwards towards a closer union or backwards towards at least partial dissolution." As the engineers of this project will swear to this disaster until they die, life will cling to this union like a disease. By creating this European Union we dissipate national sovereignties around the world to have them come together by a link nothing more significant than geographical coincidence; sure, some countries share a common history, but is that any reason to tie countries together so they can sink to the tragic depths of economic depression as one unity?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5138475034562973576.post-85662023309625322322015-04-29T14:37:28.538+02:002015-04-29T14:37:28.538+02:00great pointgreat pointAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5138475034562973576.post-38531987609730465172015-04-29T11:03:05.190+02:002015-04-29T11:03:05.190+02:00You have such an interesting blog. People of the older generations are leaving behind a debt that kids who are still in high school are going to have to pay off. Rather than preparing those kids by putting money into our public school system, we'd rather go and fight two fruitless wars. We cut money to programs like Head Start, and put more money into our military and defense, even though we are the most powerful army in the world. I think we need to start looking at the future, and figuring out how we can prepare the next generation.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5138475034562973576.post-73346233328777119222015-04-06T15:13:11.650+02:002015-04-06T15:13:11.650+02:00I believe that in some aspects in order to make a ...I believe that in some aspects in order to make a better policy for younger people, the younger people need to have a voice too. Therefore in order to better understand youth well being the youth should be consulted. Usually people do not have a say until they can vote or legally be an adult, which is 18; however, you can be tried in a court of law at age 16 in some states. This is partially hypercritical in how you are not an adult until you do something wrong and then are temporarily granted the title. I think that if you can be tried for an adult at 16 you should have more say maybe not vote but be able to add meaningful input as an adult too. The entire idea of youth well being refers to the mental, physical, and emotional state of the youths of the world. It may not be possible, but once everyone reaches a certain level of well being, people are more likely to be compelled to do more for their country, for their community. To find out what the youth of the world want, or more importantly, need, to reach a state of well being, there needs to be more understanding and communication among the ages. Today it seems that there is such a vast misunderstanding of the youth opinions, and there can be no improvement in the strength of community well being until an understanding is actually reached, and youth well being achieved. My idea of "well being" for the youth is revolved around the idea of education. Through strong education our youth can learn morales and ways to lead themselves to successful lives. As technology advances, were becoming more complex everyday and protecting our youth will become more essential then ever. Certain traditional methods of education are important but some become increasingly less relevant in an increasingly modern era. As our world becomes more complex, the decisions our youth will make in the future as leaders of the world will be very difficult and often they will be faced with right versus right scenarios. Therefore, a framework of strong morals is increasingly essential. In a closer lens it is imperative to the United States of America that we gather as much information as possible to improve the "well-being" of our youths. The phrase "well-being" can be interpreted in numerous ways, my idea of a well off youth, is a youth that is prepared for their future. The best way to do this is to instill strong morals in our youths at a young age, so their their futures condone these moral ideals which a healthy, growing community idealizes. I think this pertains more to the youth under 20 rather than 20-25. As teens we like to experiment and sometimes do dangerous things. I think it's important that children are watched because if not chaos could occur. On the contrary I also think its important that children are able to go out into the world and experiment. If they are tied on a leash by strict laws there whole lives than they won't be prepared for the real-world. It is in our youth that we not only receive our education, learn and practice important life lessons, but also build a strong moral foundation which we use to govern ourselves later on in life. Therefore it is extremely important that we teach our youth these principals at a young age to ensure that they remain with them through the rest our their lives. If we'd tackled this in 1972 with CoR and Stockholm then by 1973 we'd perhaps be setting up the comprehensive new mechanisms. Growth would never have become a decoy since the new system would provide for GDP growth, in contrast to the old mechanisms undermining potential for growth.

However his never happened. It was easier to talk about growth, targets and new indicators than to look for new mechanisms. It remains so today, except the decoy issue of growth became a blocking filter for proposals on mechanisms.
